New Kings, located in Beverwijk, Netherlands, operates the Valura app. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Valura collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.
Within the Valura app
Valura is designed as a privacy-first, on-device application. The app does not collect, track, sell, or profile your personal data. All information you enter remains stored locally on your device.
We do not create user accounts, require registration, or store your data on our servers.
Voluntary external communication
If you contact us by email or through an external feedback tool (e.g., Typeform), you may voluntarily share personal information such as your name or email address. This data will only be used to respond to your inquiry and will not be used for marketing or profiling.
All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s CoreData. We do not upload, sync, or back up your data to our servers.
Your data is protected by your device’s built-in security features such as Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. The security of your data therefore depends partly on your own device settings.
If you choose to use your device’s iCloud backup, Apple — not New Kings — may store an encrypted backup of your app data under its own policies.
Valura displays logos, names, and colors of well-known subscription services to improve usability.

Valura is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will take steps to remove it.
Because all data remains on your device, New Kings does not transfer your app data outside your country.
If you voluntarily share information through third-party tools (such as surveys or email providers), that data may be processed internationally under those providers’ policies.
