Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Valura App, a subscription tracking application for iOS, macOS, and Android developed and operated by New Kings, located in Beverwijk, Netherlands.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the App’s documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in the App. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
You retain all rights to the subscription data you enter into the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you provide.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
The App may contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, trademarks, and content, remain the property of New Kings or its licensors. You are granted only the rights expressly stated in these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for providing the App’s services.
You agree not to misuse the App, violate applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms or features.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Kings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold New Kings harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
